MARCH?
March is the month when spring starts to peek around the corner. March can be cold and stormy, but can surprise with days that make you think of T-shirts and shorts and trying to locate the garden furniture at the back of the shed.  One moment it is sunny and higher temps, the next day you can catch the glimpse of snow flurries.  Daffodils start blooming.  We start plans on our gardens.  We spring forward here on the East Coast with the time change and daylight getting longer. 

Here at Butterflies and Wishes we will be celebrating with the month of March with a St. Patrick's Day tea service and immediately following Cherry Blossom season starts.  We will be offering our Cherry Blossom Tea service from March 18 - April 12.  It will definitely put you in the mood for Spring.  March is National Women's History Month.  We will celebrate by supporting local women who have chased their dreams in business, the arts and more.  This month we are offering several arts and craft events.  Tea and Calligraphy, Tea Sips and Canvas Art, our monthly tea and book recommendation which we will be coordinating with a craft and book discussion.    

We invite you to The Tea Nook, where you will find a casual, relaxing atmosphere and vibe where you can enjoy baked items, specialty tea beverages (including hot and iced tea, boba/bubble tea, iced coffee, hot coffee).   We offer Seasonal Bubble Tea and Latte's along with new specialty beverages and  flavored tea blends.  We are now offering a weekend walk-in tea service with no reservation needed.  (Though we do recommend calling ahead to be sure a table is available).   We are creating a Tea Nook Cafe Menu with selected sandwiches, sides and more.  Our new addition is  a place where you can enjoy down time, sit and relax on our comfy sofa with your favorite tea and book, snack on your favorite scone and sweet or just chat with your bestie.  There's even a little book nook where you can peruse our gently read books, which are also available for purchase at a discounted price, while enjoying your favorite tea beverage and baked item.  We love art and have several murals painted by local artists.  We have a beautiful butterfly mural where you can take selfies and post them to your favorite social media platform. ​We are continuing to add new fun things for you to enjoy.  We are excited to be collaborating with local small businesses in the area and will be offering their products in our shop.   You will find their gems throughout our tea shop.   We will be "Spilling the Tea" with them via live videos on social media to get to know more about their products, how they got into their business and more.
